Security
and privacy

We work with data about real companies and people. Here you will find, plainly stated, the technical and organisational measures we apply today to protect it, and those we are introducing.

nLPD · LPD 2023
nFADP compliant

Data processed under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (in force since 1 September 2023) and, for EU users, the GDPR.

01 · Access

Accounts and sessions

  1. 01
Passwords never stored in clear text

Passwords are protected with irreversible salted bcrypt hashing: not even we can read them.

  2. 02
    Lockout on repeated attempts

After 5 failed sign-in attempts the account is locked for 15 minutes, against brute-force attacks.

  3. 03
    Secure, revocable sessions

HttpOnly and Secure cookies, unreadable by scripts. On logout the session is invalidated immediately on the server.

  4. 04
    Role-based access

Each client sees only their own campaigns, invoices and messages; management functions are reserved to the Super Admin.

02 · Infrastructure

Network and application

  1. 05
    TLS encryption on every connection

All traffic between your browser and the platform travels encrypted via HTTPS.

  2. 06
    Protection against cross-site requests

Sensitive operations are only accepted when they come from our own site (origin check and strict CORS).

  3. 07
    Abuse limits

Rate limits on sign-in, analyses, chatbot and statistics prevent automated, large-scale use.

  4. 08
    Verified external notifications

Incoming messages from Stripe and WhatsApp are only accepted with a valid cryptographic signature.

  5. 09
    Protected keys and credentials

Service keys stay on the server and are never shown in full; social tokens are encrypted.

03 · Data

Payments and retention

  1. 10
    Cards handled only by Stripe

Card data is entered and processed directly by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified): it never passes through our servers.

  2. 11
    Only the data we need

We only collect what the service needs; business contacts come from public, lawful sources.

  3. 12
    Anonymous, consent-based statistics

Visit statistics start only after your consent, with an anonymised IP address; heatmaps and visits delete themselves after 90 days.

  4. 13
    Data breach procedure

In the event of a high-risk data breach we notify the FDPIC and the affected people as soon as possible, as required by art. 24 nFADP.
